The "Pick a Number and Win" Sweepstakes is owned and personally operated by Tim Luedtke, who owns the company "All My Ideas LLC" based out of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

I am also the same individual who created the very successful but now closed website Email-Lotto.com, which had the bragging rights to being the very first website on the internet that gave away free lottery tickets in exchange for viewing advertisements. Email-Lotto.com was open for 10 years from 1996 until 2006.

This website in it's peak was ranked in the Top 20,000 websites on the internet and had surpassed over $2,000,000.00 in advertising sales.

Thanks to President Bush signing the Online Gambling Bill in October 2006, I was forced to close this website or faced potential legal challenges.

Now after researching other possible avenues, I have decided to open this website that you see before you which is 100% compliant with all potential legal challenges.

As always, I strive for two things. One is an easy and enjoyable entering process for the members so they will come back to the site again and again to enter.
