1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open to all individual persons who at the time of entry have reached the age of majority of the jurisdiction in which they reside and have entered a valid email address.

Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Sponsor, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor is not liable for reimbursement of any prize otherwise payable to Sweepstakes entrants who are in violation of this provision. Residents of jurisdictions where this Sweepstakes is prohibited by law or subject to registration or other procedures with which Pick A Number and Win may not have complied such as, are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

2. Enter Online

Enter online beginning daily at 6:00:01 p.m. Central Standard Time through 6:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time the following day (the "Promotion Period"). The sweepstakes is open to all eligible users. Multiple entries for the same user are not allowed on a single sponsor site. A user may enter up to 10 times per Promotion Period on 10 different sponsor websites. Each user to Pick A Number and Win.com who duly completes a entry form (valid email address and picking a number) and clicks the validation link will be given one entry into the sweepstakes. New registrants must complete the entry form for their entry to be valid. Any invalid or incorrect information will constitute cause for disqualification and member will be ineligible to claim their prize. Registration or entries which are completed or entered by other than human means or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified and the entrant ineligible for future participation.


3. Prizes

Grand Prize.
Each entry that matches the exact winning number for any given daily drawing will be classified a Grand Prize winner. If more than one (1) entry submitted matches the winning number selected, the Grand Prize will be equally shared among the correct entries. The Grand Prize will be paid to the winner(s) in 40 annual installments with the first payment of $2,790.00 to be paid within 60 days after the prize has been claimed by the winner. Odds of winning: Grand Prize -- 1: 10,000,000. Odds would decrease with each entry that is submitted per drawing.

Daily Prizes:

1st Place Prizes: Daily we will award the next 200 users an extra 20 entries into a drawing day of their chosing. These 200 users are the users that were the 200 closest numbers to the actual winning number without going over.

2nd Place Prizes: Daily we will award the next 100 users an extra 10 entries into a drawing day of their chosing. These 100 users are the users that were the next 100 closest numbers to the actual winning number without going over.

3rd Place Prizes: The next 50 users who were the closest without going over will win 5 Extra Entries each.

4. Announcement of Winners

Winning numbers will be posted on the Pick A Number and Win.com web site (www.pickanumberandwin.com). Potential winners will be notified by email daily after each number drawing has been completed. Within this email will be instructions on how to claim each unique prize. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS BE SUBMITTED WITH EACH ENTRY.

If a potential winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of winning, the prize will be forfeited.

Each Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity, including, but not limited to, the use of winner's name, hometown and photograph without additional compensation (where lawful) which must be signed, notarized and returned to Pick A Number and Win within fourteen (14) days of receipt, or prize will be forfeited and potential winner will be disqualified.

Each Grand Prize winner's name, city and state may be shown on the Pick A Number and Win.com web site within thirty (30) days after each drawing.

Winners' lists showing Grand Prize winners will be updated periodically and will show each winner's name, city and state, and the dates upon which the prize was won and delivered to all such winners during the previous ninety (90) days. Prize winners should receive payment within sixty (60) days of verification of their eligibility and identity. Names and likeness of winner(s) may be used by Sponsor (Pick A Number and Win) and Sponsor's designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the winner(s).


5. Privacy Notice

Any information entrants provide to the Sponsor will be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes. If an entrant while entering our sweepstakes, clicks the link that states "Pop-Open Website Below & Save to Favorites", will have their email address passed along to the advertiser who the entrant expressed interest to in regards to their ad.


6. Legal Stuff
